Namrata completed her undergrad studies in environment management with a specific interest in sustainable and ecological tourism management and climate change. As an Adventure Tourism Studies graduate, Namrata represents new leadership who aims to put adventure tourism as a new prospect for nature and biodiversity conservation and economic benefit to make tourism outreaching and social development catalysts in Nepal.

She is also an avid traveler and researcher who has traveled to many parts of Nepal to broaden her knowledge and education by getting involved in communities and research.
