Paras Shrestha completed his bachelor's degree in Development Studies from Kathmandu University. He has then gone to work with one of the leading hotels in Nepal, Dwarika's Hotel. He worked as a Team Leader in the Front Office at Hotel Dwarika’s for 10 years. Then he worked as an Operation manager at Shambaling Boutique Hotel, Bouddha, Kathmandu for 5 years.
